SkillUp Interviews Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in SkillUp Interviews courses is subject to availability and acceptance of your payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on our website.

• Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy (see section 7).
• SkillUp Interviews Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in an alternative course.
• Access to course materials is granted for a specified period, as outlined in the course description.

4. Coaching Services

Our coaching services are designed to provide personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your career goals. Coaching sessions are conducted by certified career coaches with extensive experience in the Australian job market.

• Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellation of coaching sessions requires at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• The content of coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, graphics, and other materials on the SkillUp Interviews website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the materials without our prior written consent.

• All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the website are the property of SkillUp Interviews Pty Ltd or their respective owners.
• You may not use any meta tags or other hidden text utilizing the SkillUp Interviews name or trademarks without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Refund Policy

SkillUp Interviews offers a refund policy for courses under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. 8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SkillUp Interviews Pty Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
